The problem

An enterprise running on six tools that didn't talk to each other.

• Centralised operations dashboard — KPIs, pipeline, financials, team activity.
• End-to-end workflow and document management — from lead to delivery, every document tied to the right record.
• Flutter mobile app — same backend, field-friendly UI for the team that isn’t at a desk.

The team operates from a single platform on web and mobile, instead of context- switching between a CRM, an invoicing tool, a chat app, an email client, and a stack of spreadsheets. Operational visibility went from weekly reports to a real-time dashboard.
