The problem
Stock visibility scattered across spreadsheets and printouts.
Inventory data lived in multiple spreadsheets and paper logs. Stock counts drifted from reality, expiry dates were tracked manually, and reporting required pulling figures from several sources at month-end.
What we built
Stock control, product tracking, reporting.
- Centralised product catalogue with batch / lot / expiry tracking.
- Stock-in / stock-out workflows with role-based approvals.
- Movement history per SKU and per batch (audit-grade trail).
- Operational and management reports — stock-on-hand, near-expiry, movement, valuation.
- Role-based access for warehouse staff, managers, and finance.
Outcome
One source of truth for stock and reporting.
The team now operates from a single dashboard for inventory and reporting, replacing the previous spreadsheet stack. Month-end reporting takes a fraction of the time it used to.
