A DED-licensed, SIRA-certified Dubai maintenance company needed to compete with the established players — but with a tighter, faster, custom-coded site rather than a heavy CMS. The build had to capture three distinct search behaviours the category generates: location, brand-specific AC, and symptom searches.

The brief
Compete on speed, not on plugins.
A custom-PHP site, faster than the established CMS-heavy competitors, that captures the three distinct search behaviours this category generates: location (“AC repair Marina”), brand (“Daikin AC repair Dubai”), and symptom (“AC not cooling”).
What we built
Four programmatic page systems on a standard service catalogue.
- Locations — 21 area pages (Palm Jumeirah, Marina, Downtown, Business Bay, JVC, JBR, Emirates Hills, Dubai Hills, The Springs/Meadows, …).
- AC-by-brand — dedicated repair pages for O General, Daikin, LG, Carrier, Midea, Samsung — captures “Daikin AC repair Dubai”-type branded intent.
- AC problem pages — symptom-led pages (AC not cooling, leaking water, bad smell, making noise) that intercept troubleshooting searches and convert them to call-outs.
- Maintenance packages — productised AMC tiers with published pricing: Bronze AED 999/yr, Silver AED 1,999/yr, Gold AED 3,999/yr; AC service from AED 150, emergency call-out AED 350.
Trust layer is explicit and verifiable: DED license, SIRA certification, DEWA-approved electricians, liability/indemnity/workers’ insurance, 6-month workmanship warranty, manufacturer warranty, ~60-minute dispatch claim.
Architecture & SEO surface
Three intent axes + published pricing + custom PHP for speed.
- Three intent axes (location, brand, problem) multiply the indexable surface far beyond a flat service site — and each axis maps to a different point in the buyer’s journey.
- Published pricing + FAQ-style Q&A targets the exact long-tail, answer-box queries Google surfaces for this category.

Most Dubai maintenance competitors stop at location pages. Intercepting “Daikin AC not cooling” puts Protech in front of a buyer with a specific, urgent, high-conversion problem — before they reach an aggregator. Productised AMC pricing converts one-off panic call-outs into recurring revenue, which is where the real enterprise value in a maintenance business sits.
